Suzy is an intuitive artist, yoga instructor, and trauma release practitioner. She is also a museum professional and a trained archaeologist. Suzy is the creatress of ArtKeyTypes © a psycho-somatic meditative experience that restores creativity through emotional release.
Suzy’s painting process is organic and rarely preconceived. She has had traditional training in still life and figure drawing, and prefers the surreal, and fantastical. Her work can be characterized as intuitive. She is not concerned with perfecting every mark she makes because she sees beauty in the imperfections. Suzy is inspired by nature, mysticism, symbolism, and the sacred. Her process includes and is not limited to gold leaf, oil, egg tempera. Suzy’s art is constantly evolving yet continues to evoke the mysteries of long lost eras.
